We will partner with you to provide the highest quality of care to your residents while offering the most cost effective rehab services. This will be translated into a per minute rate.

We will continually monitor the following:

	Medicaid -- OR & PR & Restorative Nursing Consultation
	Medicare Part A therapy services in the 14 rehab RUGS categories
	Medicare Part B using the appropriate codes and fee screens. We will work in conjunction with your nurses to identify residents who need skilled therapy services.
	Managed care -- We will share the risk with you and establish a per diem price for therapy based on intensity of service. We can also assist you in negotiating managed care contracts
	MDS and RUGSIII classification of all residents will be completed to ensure that therapy services are provided for all residents who would benefit. We will work with your nursing team to optimize the residents rehab classification category and number of days in each category
